Antoinette de Ridder (Manager Marketing, Communication & New Business Development Buma/Stemra).
Antoinette has held several management and board member positions in the field of Marketing and New Business Development.
She has worked at companies such as Reed Elsevier, Wegener and the FD Mediagroep.

Thijs Helfrich (Creative Director theFactor.e)
Thijs is Creative Director of theFactor.e, responsible for the creative concept solutions of the company. He is the remaining founder of TFE and member of the board. Thijs is a member of Radio Orange a large group of musicians in the north of the Netherlands build around the legendary Spitsbergen Studio. Thijs is also a member of the legendary eighties band Weekend at Waikiki.

Amke Blok (CEO Audiomagnet.com )
Amke Block is founder and CEO of audiomagnet.com, the online music community with DIY-marketing and -sells tools for artists, which launched in June 2009.

Amke has been involved in the independent sector of the music business since 1990 as a booker, manager, head of distribution and label and publishing administrator. In 1997 as part of her university thesis she specialised in music marketing on the internet. Since then she has advised and been personally involved in many projects covering the areas of music, media and internet. Her customers include Edgar Medien, online distributor Zebralution, internet music platform 24/7 Entertainment, GEMA, German cities Berlin and Dortmund as well as the German trade show Popkomm where, from 2004 to 2008, she has created and organised a range of sections for the Popkomm Conference.

She is also actively engaged in German pop music promotion as founder of the North German section of the Association of Independent Music Companies (VUT e.V.) and the Hamburg Music Forum, a series of further educational and network events for music business professionals.

Rene Smit (Managing Director at Universal Music Publishing Benelux).
René Smit has had an extensive career in the media and entertainment industry.  Since 1991 he has worked for companies such as CNR Music, Dureco, Warner Basart and TBM. In that time he developed a vast knowledge in the fields of music property rights and A&R management.
 
In 1999 he became the General Creative Manager at the major Universal Music Publishing. Then late 2000 he was asked to take on the role of A&R Manager for the local roster at EMI Music. Two years later René decided to make the venture into the Holland Media Groep (Later to become RTL Netherlands) as Manager Music & Publishing where he was responsible for all their concepts an programs related to the music industry such as "Idols", "Popstars the Rivals" and "X-Factor". Subsequently in 2006 he was offered the position of Managing Director for the new Dutch office of the Belgium kids-entertainment company Studio 100.
 
In Juli 2008 Smit returned to Universal Music Publishing to become the Managing Director responsible for all activities of this mayor in the Benelux.

Robert Smit (Owner Mediaflex)
Robert Smit (36) is a former DJ, Producer & Labelowner in the Dance Industry and has co-produced together with Ferry Corsten. Since 1998 Robert is founder and owner of Mediaflex, a company specialised in Job Recruitment & Training within Online Marketing, Media & Communication.
